Shipping & Refund Policy
Dead on Arrival (DOA) Guarantee
We ship all corals via UPS Overnight (standard $49.00, $29.00 for California residents). All orders are covered under our DOA guarantee for 2 hours after delivery.
If any coral arrives dead, please email us photos within 2 hours of delivery. Once we confirm the DOA, we will either:
- Replace the coral with the same or a similar item (shipping included), or
- Issue a store credit for the total purchase price, excluding shipping.
Please do not discard DOAs until instructed by our team.
Orders & Shipping
- Standard shipping occurs Wednesdays for Thursday arrival. If you need a different shipping day, contact us — we can ship at your convenience.
- Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for lost, misplaced, or stolen packages due to incorrect addresses.
- Crystal Corals does not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or any location where UPS cannot safely deliver.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except for additional charges on existing orders.
Transit Delays & Carrier Issues
- Crystal Corals cannot control delays or incidents during transit. UPS is responsible for all packages once shipped.
- We will assist customers in tracking shipments and filing claims with UPS, but filing a claim does not guarantee reimbursement.
Sales & Returns
- All sales are final. No exchanges.
- Coral color may vary slightly from WYSIWYG images due to lighting, tank settings, or environment.
- We do not issue refunds for deaths that occur after acclimation.
- DOA claims must include photos within 2 hours of delivery confirmation.
- If replacement is not possible, we will issue a full store credit for the affected item.
- Policies are subject to change at our discretion to ensure quality service.

- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
