Shipping & Ordering Policy

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We offer UPS Overnight Shipping to all U.S. states for $49.00. Customers in California receive a discounted rate of $29.00.

Orders over $500 qualify for FREE UPS Overnight Shipping.

Note: We currently do not ship to:
• Hawaii
• Alaska
• Puerto Rico
• U.S. Virgin Islands
• Military Bases (APO/FPO)
• P.O. Boxes


DELIVERY SCHEDULING

Our standard shipping day is Wednesday, with arrival on Thursday. However, we are happy to work around your schedule. If you need a different delivery date, please contact us to make arrangements. We ship at your convenience.


MULTIPLE ORDERS & SHIPPING FEES

If you place multiple orders and are charged more than once for shipping, we will refund the extra shipping fees. Shipping charges cover all corals in one shipment, regardless of the quantity.


SHIPPING TERMS & CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Customers are responsible for providing a correct and safe delivery address. Please double-check your shipping information before confirming your order.
  • We are not liable for packages that UPS determines unsafe to leave, nor for lost, misplaced, or stolen packages once they are in transit. UPS assumes responsibility at that point, though we will assist with any issues or claims.
  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier. We will always provide a tracking number once your order ships.

If a shipment delay results in a DOA (Dead on Arrival) situation, we will provide store credit in the form of a gift certificate, minus the shipping cost.


DOA POLICY (Dead on Arrival)

If a coral arrives deceased, please follow the steps below to be eligible for store credit or a replacement:

  1. Send an email with photos of the DOA coral within 2 hours of the delivery time shown by the carrier.
  2. Do not discard the coral until we advise you to do so.
  3. Include a video showing the box being opened on camera and clearly displaying the affected coral.

If DOA is confirmed and the proper media is submitted in time, we’ll issue store credit or a replacement coral (if available), Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We are not responsible for DOAs caused by carrier delays.
