GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

• We do not ship livestock to APO/FPO addresses.
• Orders placed with invalid or incomplete shipping information are not eligible for a refund.
• No piggyback shipping is allowed
• All sales are final. We do not offer exchanges.
• In the rare case If a coral’s health declines before shipment, we may withhold it and offer a refund or substitute item. We are committed to only selling corals that are 100 percent in good health.
• Color appearance may vary depending on your lighting, camera, or tank setup. We do not guarantee exact color matches for WYSIWYG items.

FRAUD PREVENTION

We reserve the right to cancel any order we deem suspicious, fraudulent, or otherwise problematic. Please contact us if you experience any issues so we can resolve them before a chargeback is considered.
